PA provides an unrivalled real-time data service for elections and referendums. Nominations data, results rushes, detailed results and statistics are delivered for polls ranging from UK general elections to Scottish Parliament, Welsh Assembly, Northern Ireland Assembly and London Assembly elections, and from council elections to mayoral and police commissioner elections. The key State of the Parties statistic gives a crucial, dynamic overview for each poll.

 

In 2017, PA’s elections data service will run for the snap UK general election on 8th June and for council and mayoral elections taking place on 4th May.

The May polls in England, Scotland and Wales are being seen as a major test for the main parties –

Conservative, Labour, Lib Dem, SNP, Plaid Cymru, Green and Ukip – ahead of the general election.

June 2017: General election

PA will once again be offering its detailed service for the general election. Our coverage includes the full set of nominations for all constituencies pre-election, short news items for selected key constituencies during the election, results rushes, the full results and Combined State of Parties statistics.

May 2017 Elections: English Councils

Full council elections are taking place in 34 councils in England, including 27 county councils:

 

PA will provide the outcome of each council poll summarised by party and indicate the number of seats that have change hands by party, as well as the new council line-up. A rush message will be sent where the outcome involves a change of control for the council. The State of the Parties statistic will provide an overview of seat and council control changes.
