Press Association Sport is the leader in the production of media guides and bulletins, designed to help governing bodies and sponsors promote their events. The service gives event organisers access to our editorial, data and photography services.

The eye-catching designs - which can include customer branding on every page - help the sponsors increase awareness of their involvement among the media and public and can be produced for a wide range of sports and competitions.

For football we produce the Barclays Premier League Statement, as well as bulletins for the FA Cup, the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, the Scottish Football League and the Co-operative Insurance Cup. Cricket sponsors count on us to produce the NatWest Series Newswire, the Friends Provident Trophy Newswire and the LV County Championship Bulletin. RBS, the official sponsors of the Six Nations tournament, use a bulletin from Press Association Sport to reach hundreds of rugby union writers.

We help sports editors, reporters and photographers plan their coverage by delivering detailed preview material including head to head stats, venue information, competition records and much more. We then help them follow the tournaments as the action unfolds, packaging latest results, tables and roundup stats into updated bulletins. We also provide glossy media guides for big events including the RBS Six Nations.

Frequency of publication depends on the nature of the event - we currently produce bulletins before each round of matches for county cricket or Six Nations rugby, weekly for most football competitions and daily for some one-day-international cricket.

Completed bulletins can be hosted as PDF files on the Press Association Sport portal or the client's own site. Appropriate links are then emailed for quick and easy download and printing by individual recipients or at media event centres, making production and distribution simple and cost-effective.
