We pride ourselves on the depth and quality of the data we gather and our statistics services are extremely flexible.
Our statistics can be split into four basic data sets which can all be easily configured to meet the requirements of our varied customer base. All of our statistics are delivered in XML.
Performance Statistics
Performance stats are our most basic level of statistical data and deliver cumulative data for a given league or competition. The stats are split by league/competition totals, team/club totals and individual player totals.
Summaries
Our summaries service is very flexible and provides match data, enabling in-depth analysis of an individual team’s performance. This data can be utilised on a match-by-match basis or kept as a cumulative total for the duration of a competition or event.
Head-to-Heads
Press Association Sport's head-to-head statistics deliver historical and comparative match statistics for two teams or players to build a comprehensive overview of an upcoming fixture. The stats give a snap-shot of current form and can be used to help predict likely match outcomes.
Analysis
Analysis statistics offer a more in-depth level of stats to conduct detailed league/competition, team/club, or player analysis. Key performance indicators are collated to offer comprehensive form guides and data sets to build a comprehensive statistics section for a website or publication.
