Press Association and Express KCS collaborate to bring outsourced advertisement production to UK newspapers

24 November 2011: The Press Association has signed a partnership deal with Express KCS, a specialist provider of outsourced advertisement production.

Under the terms of the agreement the Press Association and Express KCS will collaborate to offer outsourced print and digital ad production and related creative production services to national and regional newspaper publishers. The services will aim to provide newspaper publishers with high-quality advertising and reduced operational costs.

Express KCS is the largest independent provider of newspaper advertisement production outsourcing, producing thousands of daily advertisements for newspapers around the world from its production centres in India. The Press Association currently provides outsourced editorial and page production content on behalf of many of its newspaper clients and will now offer advertisement production as an additional service.

Clive Marshall, CEO, PA Group, commented: “Express KCS’s advertisement production outsourcing complements our existing range of page production services and presents newspapers with a great opportunity to improve processes whilst reducing costs. We are pleased to partner with Express KCS to provide this solution.”

Robert Berkeley, CEO, Express KCS, commented: “The UK newspaper business has been outsourcing editorial services to the Press Association for many years. The combination of PA’s strong reputation and Express KCS’s world-class advertisement production centres will bring further benefits of outsourcing to the UK newspaper market at a time when cost reduction is high on the agenda.”
