The following restrictions apply to your use of Images taken within any cricket ground where a cricket match is played under the auspices of New Zealand Cricket (“NZC”) during the 2007/8 season.
You may publish Images in the following publications only:
- print newspaper;
- news-based magazine;
- sports-related magazine;
- official online website version of printed newspaper or sport-related magazine;
- other editorial-based website;
- any other website approved by NZC;
- posters which forms part of a newspaper, news-based magazine or sports-related magazine of the same size and with print on the reverse;
- advertisements, promotional and point-of-sale material to promote the sale of newspapers or news-related magazines or sports-related magazines; and
- competitions that features at least four players from the same team on an "equal exposure" basis and that is not associated with or promoted by any third party.
No mobile use is permitted.
Websites may be updated with Images no more than 150 times during play.
No use for any commercial activity without the prior written consent of NZC, including the following:
- books;
- calendars;
- packaging;
- collector cards, stickers, popup, standup or other cards;
- posters or other memorabilia;
- competitions;
- recordings (except for library/database storage), video and films;
- advertisements, promotional and point-of-sale material;
- games (including computer games);
- software; or
- on websites other than permitted above.
- No sponsorship of Images e.g. promoting an Image as “XYZ pic of the day”.
