International and domestic cricket season
The following restrictions apply to your use of Images from any cricket match played under the auspices of Cricket Australia in the 2008-09 international and domestic cricket season including all matches and any cricket ground where a match is played:
- Publication for bona fide editorial purposes only. This includes: current news reporting; retrospective news/editorial comment, previews, reviews or round-ups; or feature news/editorial articles in newspapers, newspaper supplements, magazines, news/sports editorial sections of websites, electronic news bulletin boards, TV news, current affairs, discussion and documentary programmes.
- No mobile use is permitted. Websites incidentally accessible by mobile phone are permitted, but not a WAP / mobile specific service.
- Websites may be updated with Images no more than 150 times in any one day except Twenty20 matches, where the limit is 40 per day.
- No use for any commercial, promotional, advertising or merchandising purposes, including the following purposes: annuals; posters (other than with the prior written approval of CA); calendars, packaging, collectors cards, memorabilia, stickers, pop-up, stand-up or other cards; competitions; recordings, video, films; advertisements, promotional or point-of-sale material; games, computer games, avatars or software.

No use of Images in any manner that suggests an endorsement or sponsorship of CA, official cricket activities, any Australian Team or any member of any Australian Team by any third party except as otherwise approved in writing, in its absolute discretion, by CA.Editorial use only.
