Elizabeth Olsen loves her food and doesn't worry about diets

Elizabeth Olsen's culinary dreams

Elizabeth Olsen has revealed her dreams of working in food.

The Martha Marcy May Marlene star admitted her second choice career after acting would be doing something related to food.

"Food actually makes me happy. It's just one of those things that I get pleasure out of. If I weren't doing this, I would go into food or cooking or the restaurant world," she said.

The 22-year-old, who is a sports fanatic, said she wouldn't embark on a diet or lose weight for a film role.

"I never felt pressured to change my body just because I'm nude in a film. I think actors' jobs are there to tell a story about real people so perfection in that area is not something I feel tempted by," she continued.

Instead, Elizabeth would prefer to eat healthily. "I'm an athlete by nature, I was a dancer and I played volleyball, so exercise is just something that's part of my life. I prefer eating seasonally and healthy food," she said.

"I also like travelling and eating well. I can't imagine sitting at one of the world's best restaurants and picking at a fish."

The actress admitted her easy-going nature to food sometimes annoys her friends.

"My friends and I were joking about it because sometimes they get frustrated where I'm like, 'Tomorrow I have to be in this gown' but I have no restriction because we're at dinner right now and I want to finish the whole thing."
