Nikki reckons she proved she can be a "reasonable" person during her second stint in the Big Brother house.
Despite her moaning about issues such as not being able to swap beds with Vanessa and Victor's snoring, the drama queen said she tried to contain her temper this time around.
After being shown clips of her whining, including saying in the Diary Room she was going mad due to lack of sleep, she grinned: "I didn't actually notice them (the tantrums). I'm quite surprised!"
She continued: "You have to consider the other housemates. I've had to bite my tongue - but I've had to erupt inside.
"I've actually learnt I can be quite reasonable."
When she wasn't complaining about something, Nikki's close friendship with Vanessa meant she was able to open up on camera, including talking about her eating disorder. Asked about their friendship, Nikki explained she knew Vanessa before going into the house.
"I've always been friends with Vanessa even before she came in the house. I was so happy she did come in," she said.
Nikki gushed: "She was like an angel looking after me. I dearly loved her, I didn't even had to be in the room with her.
"Vanessa read my story and she knows my family."
Nikki's time in the Ultimate Big Brother house will also be remembered for her task with former flame and Big Brother contestant Pete, when she had to be his PA for a day. She even whinged about this task, but said reuniting with him was a good thing.
"I have seen Pete recently before I came back in - but seeing him back in the house was crazy. It was almost like kind of closure I guess," she said, in contrast to the problems Chantelle had with being with Preston in the house again.
Nikki also showed genuine delight about Brian being the winner.
She said: "He's adorable. I love Brian. I've formed such a good friendship with him. I'm so happy for him - he's such a deserving winner."
And Nikki, who was the most emotional housemate when discussing the end of Big Brother in the Diary Room, gave her thanks to the crowd and crew behind the show.
She said: "It's just changed my life so much and I've been so grateful for everything you guys have done to support me. I've got these amazing memories and thank you so much."
