A 19-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Daniel Duke who was gunned down in the street in south London.
Unemployed Luis Fernandes Sabogal, of Penrose Street, Southwark, will appear at Horseferry Road Magistrates' Court on Monday.
Police were called around 6.50pm on Monday November 2 and found Mr Duke, 22, from Southwark, with gunshot wounds.
Officers believe he was shot in Alberta Street, Kennington, before collapsing in Ambergate Street.
He was taken to Kings College Hospital where he died early the next day.
A post-mortem examination gave cause of death as a gunshot wound to the chest.
